NOVA.agency provides digital marketing and web development services including but not limited to: website development, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, and AI integration. Specific terms for each project are defined in a separate service agreement.
All website content (text, images, code, design) is owned by NOVA.agency unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to deliverables created specifically for them.
Website projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery. Monthly services: invoiced monthly, due within 7 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.
NOVA.agency is not liable for: indirect or consequential damages; Google/Meta platform policy changes affecting campaigns; third-party service outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding month.
While we present case studies and average results, individual results vary. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Digital advertising and SEO outcomes depend on many factors including market competition and budget.
Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Project work may be cancelled before delivery with a cancellation fee equal to work completed to date.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Spain.
